I know I’ve been a bit lax in posting here … Hey, I’ve been busy…
My “Hamsters After Dark” book project has given me more than my share of stress. Who would have thought getting a book published would be so complicated. I feel like a circus performer jumping through all the hoops. I really don’t enjoy the chaos of it but the final outcome will make all the labor pains worthwhile.
It seems that every step of prepping the book took twice as long as I expected … plus all the unforeseen hiccups in between. The whole process has definitely been an intense learning experience. I can’t say that I enjoy the feeling of being pulled through a keyhole. But I do feel a sense of accomplishment as this project is coming together.
As always, I love to hear your comments —
Impressive, my dear!!! (But I’m not at all surprised!)
Good luck on getting the book into print! Remember, I get one of the first copies off the press.
Awesome, So proud of what you have accomplished. Cant wait to get your book. I have several anxious grandmothers who keep asking when you will be sending us some copies. Love, from Dad & Rita
Kathy we are also so proud of you. Do not ever be discouraged. We have a feeling you will go far. Good Luck in all your endeavors. We enjoyed your drawings. We still have the Christmas Card you sent years ago of Santa and his reindeer on the roof top. We still laugh, it is so comical. Love you Uncle Dale and Aunt Carol
Very nice website, easy to get around in too. And I like the way the pictures show when you click on the thumbnails. Maybe someday I will get a chance to read one of your books, I do not have much time to read.
Oh and thanks for all the help with the hospitalhandbook.org website.
Thanks, Tony Hamalainen
Kathy enjoyed your book and am waiting for more, I always knew you had the talent even when we worked together.Good luck in future books and keep me posted. I have lots of grandbabies and love to have books here for them.
